Idhasoft uses a Dual Primary Methodology (DPM) that features the services of highly trained DBAs. The Onshore Lead Account Manager DBAs are equipped with an average of 15+ years of experience, while the Offshore Primary Operational DBAs are equipped with an average of 5+ years of experience.

• Coverage times are local to customer's time zone
• Some database services subject to Oracle version being supported
• Any database service not mentioned is subject to an hourly rate, unless negotiated as part of the contract
